Day 33 - Colville, Washington to Kalispell, Montana

On those bikes again, this is the view from the back of the pack. The guys leave Washington state, heading east.
Heigh ho, they're in Idaho!
In the far back of this image is the Priest River. Storm clouds begin to brew over the river bed.
The official welcome sign to the great state of Montana.
Lunch stop! The Kickin' Horse Saloon, where they have animal heads on the wall, starin' back at you. The saloon was decorated in early American preserved animals. Mounts of bear, elk, buffalo, mule deer, white tail deer, cougar and various skins hung everywhere.
This is the first day that Stu takes custody of the lads. The guys suit up in rain gear as Stu gives final instructions before heading into some inclement weather. The ride in the rain was punctuated with little ice balls. Hail yes!
When the guys crossed over the state line from Idaho into Montana they noticed a drastic change in the landscape. Ranch land immediately began. Homes with outbuildings are centered in acres of waving, lush green grasses. Valleys boast herds of grazing cattle and horses.
The guys put 290 miles behind them today. Next up, Glacier National Park.
