4 Guys Ride the 4 Corners; what the heck is that? Just in case you're wondering I'll explain.

4 Guys = Stu, Ron, Mike and Fred.

4 Corners = the four farthest corners of the United States.

The plan, to ride the entire perimter of the United States, and reach those farthest four corners in eight weeks. Motorcycles being the mode of transportation!

While others claim they have done this ride in very short amounts of time, I can assure you they didn't have a very good experience, or see anything they will ever be able to remember. The 4 Guys have blocked this eight weeks out of their summer to make this trip in a reasonable amount of time in order to do a little sight seeing along the way. But, it's not always going to be a fun trip. Imagine crawling onto that bike when you're dog tired, it's raining cats and dogs, hotter than blue blazes, you miss home or you're just plain irritated with the company! Sure, the largest majority of the time the rolling fraternity is going to have a ball; but, they need to be ever vigilant looking out for each other in order to be safe on the road. So it's going to be lots of work.

Has it been mentioned anywhere so far how wonderful their wives must be? For two months they've been left behind to mind the store, mind the mountains, mind the house and mind the farm. Those are some strong women and some awfully lucky guys.

  1. By the way, your wives "totally rock"! Never mind the store, mountains, house and farm; it's all being taken good care of. Just enjoy the journey AND be safe out there!

  2. Well Stu,

Seems you guys are really having a great time. Have been on the Conroe, Buda, El Paso roads in the coach while moving around the country. Some pretty country out there with very wide open spaces. Have fun and take care.
