Frank Konigseder of Liberty Coach, Inc., took the 4 guys to Charlie's Bar & Grill, in Stuart, for lunch. They enjoyed taking a little break at Liberty Coach's facility in Stuart, Florida, as well as Frank's company!
It has been said, if you ride a Harley long enough you'll either get rained on or break down. Today Fred endured the latter of the two scenarios. When exiting a toll booth the inner shift linkage fell off the bike! The guys pulled a classic NASCAR pit crew repair. In no time at all they were all back on the road.
Congratulations! The first official corner! Here they are: Fred, Mike, Ron and Stu at the southernmost point in the continental United States of America. Key West, Florida. Total miles ridden today - 440 miles.Sunset at Mallory Square. Do you think they saw the green flash?

The fellas found an Italian restaurant for dinner. By some strange twist of fate there was a big, fat Italian wedding taking place in the same restaurant. Before dinner was over this band of merry men wound up smack dab in the middle of the celebration. They were even invited for wedding cake! Then they headed into town for the Duval crawl.
Not the least bit surprised the boys joined in on the celebration--- what a great story!
