Day 6 - Ft. Myer, FL to Destin, FL

Breaking the 500 mile mark today, the guys' official mileage for day 6 - 527 miles. All ridden on nice two lane highway, no interstate. Kind of makes up for their "healing day" doesn't it? This is the Skyway Bridge spanning the Tampa Bay.
Fred negotiated a better rate in order to get a closer view of the Skyway Bridge. Let me see, seems there's only 3/4 of the group in this photo. Hmmm...Stu apparently boycotted the view.
Since the road was temporarily closed for construction, Ron makes good use of his time by catching a little rest.
David & Lori graciously offered the use of their condo while the boys put it down for the night in Destin, FL. David hooked them up with a great restaurant even buying a surprise round for them!
Fred, hard at work on tomorrow's route!
